Primary headaches :- Primary headaches are benign, recurrent headaches not caused by underlying disease. more than 90% of people suffer from primary headache. it usually first start when people are between 20 and 40 years old. The most common primary headaches are migraines and tension-type headaches.
Secondary headaches :- Secondary headaches are caused by an underlying disease, like an infection, head injury, vascular disorders, brain bleed or tumors. Secondary headaches can be harmless. Headaches may be caused by problems elsewhere in the head or neck.

1. Drink water :- Whenever you feel headache. Take 2 to 3 glass of water for creating your blood circulation normal. it may arise due to tension and over thinking. By taking glass of water it increase water level in the body. it will release tension.
2. Sit quiet in dark room :- This is best way to get relief from headache without medicine. if pain is arise sit quit in dark room keep your eyes close and take some relax.
3. Rotate your neck :- When you feel headache. Rotate you neck clock wise & anti clock wise. Turn your neck left to right and right to left. by doing this you will get relief from headache.
4. Massage your temples :- Firmly massage your temples when you feel headache. By rubbing your neck can improve blood flow in the body.
5. Stop Overthinking :- Overthinking is main cause headache. Don’t think so much for same problem because it will affect you body. if you adapt this habit soon you will get rid from headache.
